If your order is submitted it is a final sale. If your order is already process and shipped, changes cannot be made. All My Signature looks orders takes up to 4-7 business days. Around major holidays shipping can vary to 7 - 14 business days due to volume of orders coming in. Please be reassure that we will have your order sent to you in an orderly and timely fashion. All orders are shipped as priority.

If someone else signs for your package other than yourself, please make sure you authorized this action. Once your package is handed over to USPS. They are responsible for delivering your package to your front door. We will not be responsible for someone else signing for your package without your authorization.
